About Show & Tell
Gathering, grazing, and gabbing is the theme... three specialities of vegan pop-up The Mushroom and must-read foodie newsletter tablehopper. Tony Bravo, San Francisco Chronicle arts and culture writer, will ask Alex Lauritzen (The Mushroom) and Marcia Gagliardi (tablehopper) everything about gathering when your friends' diets don't overlap, *actually* tasty vegan cheeses, and their top tips for hosting in the post-social distancing era.
How It Works
- 6pm - Pre-show: Chit chat and sips among attendees (make friends!)
- 6:30pm - "Show": A vegan cooking segment and martini-making session (we'll pass around)
- 7pm - "Tell": Top tips for gathering with picky eaters, how to host, and no-nos (we have thoughts)
